I’m Kiahna—wife, mother, novice runner and dog-mom to the world’s sweetest hound. We are an active family—usually out and about and on the go. I’ve always loved to travel, but quickly realized after the birth of our daughter that traveling with children is a MUCH different animal than the planes, trains, and automobiles style of travel that we were accustomed to pre-baby.
Never wanting to be one of those people who subscribes to the belief, “don’t take your child to ____ until she/he is old enough to remember it,” I spent hours combing through the web looking for family-friendly destinations for infants and toddlers, beyond all-inclusive resorts and character-themed cruises, and surprisingly, I found very little useful information!
I LOVE details. I am literally the person who spends hours researching destinations online and planning a day-by-day itinerary for our trips, both big and small. By embracing the details of planning travel, life with a young child, and everything in between, it has allowed me to have some of the most memorable experiences with family and friends.
I believe that every great experience and blessing that has been bestowed upon me comes from God. It is only through Him that I am able to share this part of my life with you all.
